I am born and raised in Saint Louis. My favorite animals to pet sit for are cats, but I love animals of all kinds so I graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Health and Behaviors and Marine Biology. Previously, I have worked at the zoo as an educational interpreter with the stingrays. Then, I went on to work at Cabela’s and Bass Pro as an aquarium scuba diver. Currently, I care for thousands of fish at Washington University!

Do you have any pets of your own?
I have two cats, Goose and Luna. Goose is an orange and white tabby and Luna is a Maine coon. Growing up I’ve had cats, dogs, guinea pigs and hamsters.
Why did you start working in pet care?
I used to work at Petsmart and fell in love with caring for different species and learning about them. We cared for cats, hamsters, guinea pigs, reptiles, birds and fish.
Fav part about working with House of Paws?
I love getting to meet new fur babies and care for them as my own, but the best feeling in the world is when your pets are just as happy and excited to see me as I am to see them!
