Ellie R.
Pet Care Provider
I’m originally from Akron, Ohio, but moved to St. Louis to go to SLU, then fell in love with the city and stayed! I’m mid career switch from engineering to veterinary medicine, which is why I started working for House of Paws. I also work as a vet tech for an animal hospital and plan to apply to veterinary school in 2026.
When I’m not spending time with dogs and cats, I help out the World Bird Sanctuary Raptor Hospital either in the hospital itself, catching and transporting injured birds, or the best part - releasing rehabilitated birds!
I love any critter I meet, so I’m so excited and thankful to take care of - and have fun with! - your pets.
