I was born and raised in St. Louis! I have always been an animal lover and have had many previous jobs working with animals, including working at a companion animal hospital, diving in and maintaining aquariums at Bass Pro and Cabela's, and working with aquatic animals and reptiles at the Saint Louis Zoo and Saint Louis Aquarium! I just love all animals and I am amazed by aquatic species, but I have such a soft spot for bonding with dogs and cats 💙 They both really are amazing animals that help the humans they love as much as we help them! They are our furry little buddies and I don't know how I could live without them 😁

Do you have any pets of your own?
I have a pit mix named Morgana - Moo or MooMoo for short - that is my best friend and I love her so much 💜! She is the reason I got into the animal field and pet care originally. It is all thanks to Moo! 😁 I also have 2 turtles named Makoa and Hidey, a tortoise named Cheechee, a frog named Hypno and I keep fish and crabs and aquatic frogs, too!
Why did you start working in pet care?
I realized working with animals and taking care of them is one of my favorite things to do. Why not do what you love?!
Fav part about working with House of Paws?
I get to meet and bond over time with so many amazing dogs and cats that all have their own different personalities and quirks! It is so much fun making friends with all my furry buddies and seeing how happy visits make both them and their "Pawrents"! Plus I get unlimited cute dog and cat pictures!
