I am originally from a small farm town in northern Indiana but have been in the St. Louis for 13 years now. Full time, I work in grant management so it is nice to be able to take breaks and play with all of the animals! Being mainly located in the city, the cats and dogs have been my favorite to care for. Each breed and pet have their own personality and it so fun to be able to interact with them!

Do you have any pets of your own?
I have 2 turtles named Makoa and Hidey!
Why did you start working in pet care?
I chose to start working in pet care because it is a great way to offer peace of mind to pet owners that while they are away, their pets are being loved and taken care of. Plus it is such a stress relief to hang out with all of these wonderful pets!
Fav part about working with House of Paws?
My favorite part about working for House of Paws is certainly caring for a variety in animals and the different duties. One day you are walking a golden retriever and the next you are feeding turtles.
